Orthopedic Return Policy

All unopened, unsterilized and unmarked implants can be returned within 6 months of purchase for a credit on your account.

All unopened, unsterilized and unmarked instrumentation can be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase for a credit on your account.

Instrumentation that has been misused or neglected is the responsibility of the owner. Proper cleaning, disinfecting and sterilization techniques must be practiced to ensure long term use. Used instrumentation is subject to manufactures inspection.

Faulty or defective implants must be returned to Antech Canada (Barrie, ON Location) to be inspected by the manufactures quality control department. If the implants or instrumentation are determined to be defective by the manufacture a replacement will be granted.

Laboratory Reagent Return Policy

All laboratory reagents ordered and delivered are non-refundable. There are 2 exceptions which would warrant a return:
Reagents that are missing or damaged upon arrival from shipping. Any reagents that are received and damaged and/or missing must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in writing to orders.ca@antechdx.com
Short dated reagents sold at full price can be returned. Please report short dated products within 48 hours of receiving in writing to orders.ca@antechdx.com. Laboratory reagents purchased at a discount due to shorter expiry dating are non-refundable.
